Quick setup
Follow these steps first. Tick them off as you go; your checklist saves in this browser.
Using your workstation
Use your own work accounts for email, cloud storage and meetings. Do not save passwords for shared accounts.
Keep important files in OneDrive, Google Drive or another cloud location. Avoid using the desktop as your only copy.
Tell us if the laptop feels slow, loud, hot or unsuitable for your normal day-to-day tasks.
Test webcam, microphone and speakers early so any issues can be fixed before an important call.
Keep liquids away, avoid stickers, and report any damage or faults as soon as possible.
At the end of the pilot, DeskStack will arrange return, wipe and inspection of the equipment.
